Horizon Networks – Customer Support Program

We now offer four distinct levels of Customer Support packages, available with annual contracts to ensure you don’t miss a call.

Level 1: Full Support Plan

  • 24 Hours per Day / 7 Days per Week Coverage
  • 2- Hour Emergency Service Response
  • All parts and labour are included
  • All service and remote Admin Support is included
  • A 15% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment
  • Annual cleaning of all sets

 

Level 2: Standard Support Plan

  • 24 Hours per Day / 7 Days per Week Coverage
  • 2- Hour Emergency Service Response
  • Repair or replacement of any defective equipment
  • A 10% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment
  • Reduced labour rates for all service requirements

 

Level 3: Standard Material and Labour Plan

  • 2- Hour Emergency Service Response
  • Standard labour rates for all service requirements
  • A 10% discount on the purchase of any additional equipment

 

Pre-Paid Package of Service and Support Hours

  • Pre-paid packages of 10, 20 and 40 hours at a reduced rate
  • Can be applied to all required system support requirements
